Free-floating oils, fuels and greases are lifted off the water and recovered — before they can foul filtration or biological stages.

The Technology
Wash-water from shops, fleets and equipment is loaded with free and mechanically-dispersed oils. WaterMaze oil/water separators use gravity and coalescing media to bring those oils together into droplets large enough to float, then skim them off the surface.
The recovered oil can be collected for recycling — even burned for free heat in an EnergyLogic waste oil heater — while the clarified water continues on with only a fraction of its original oil content.
